There are probably too many singers and bands that I give up on after one record. I was rather obsessed with the third, eponomously titled record by Lucinda Williams. I saw her a bunch of times the year it came out and then for whatever reason I was done.
Lately as I am listening to assorted itunes radio stations her music has been coming up enough for me to realize that there are a bunch of tracks on later records that I want to catch up with.
