I can’t tell you the number od times I saw Alex Chilton and his assorted pick-up bands in the 1980’s. Any time he came to town we’d be at The Knitting Factory and/or Maxwell’s or anywhere else he might have been playing.
He never failed to deliver even though he could be very cranky.
